Do you want to make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine shot at a GGD? Read below to find out how to do it.

  • Go to planjeprik.nl.
  • Click the button ‘Afspraak maken’.
  • Answer the questions.
  • Log in with your DigiD.
  • Enter your postcode.
  • Choose a vaccination location. You will see the vaccination locations that are closest to the postcode you entered. You will also see from when there is availability at those locations.
  • Choose a day and a time.
  • Enter your details and confirm the appointment. After that, you will get an e-mail with information about the appointment.

When do you need to call to make an appointment?

Sometimes, unfortunately, you cannot make an appointment through the website. You can call to make an appointment in these situations:

  • You do not have a DigiD.
  • You do not have an e-mail address or a mobile phone number. Or you do not want to share this.
  • You want to make an appointment for someone who is under 18 years old.
  • Because of a serious illness or disability, you cannot go to the vaccination location by yourself. With this, we only mean the situation where you cannot leave your home yourself, even with help from other people.
