Make an appointment

Have you been referred by your doctor? Then you can get the coronavirus vaccination at any time of the year.

Call 0800 – 7070 to make an appointment (Monday to Friday: 09.00 – 17.00). 

Change or cancel appointment

Do you have a vaccination appointment and do you want to change or cancel it? Then call 0800–7070 (Monday to Friday: 09.00 – 17.00).  

Do you want to know when your appointment is? Check the confirmation email.

Prepare for the appointment

Fill in a questionnaire about your health before the appointment. You can download, print and fill in the questionnaire at home. A GGD employee will check the questionnaire at the GGD vaccination centre.
