What do we do with your complaint?
Your complaint will go to the team responsible for the topic your complaint is about. They will then deal with your complaint. We can also forward your complaint to the independent complaints officer. The independent complaints officer will contact you within 1 working week.
We will always look into your complaint. We want to handle your complaint so that you are satisfied with GGD GHOR Nederland. We will email you if there is any news about the investigation and the solution.
We want to solve your complaint within 4 weeks. But we will take an extra 4 weeks if needed. We will email you if we need more time to solve your complaint.
