I want to make an appointment, but there is already an appointment. How can this be?

Two things are possible:

• Maybe the GGD made the appointment for you. In that case you will get a letter about it from the RIVM. You can also see, move or cancel this appointment yourself now. If you move or cancel the appointment you will still get the letter from the RIVM about the old appointment. You do not have to do anything with the letter.
• Or maybe you made the appointment yourself earlier. You may have done that on this website or by calling the GGD.
