Sometimes you can’t make an appointment via the website. You can call to make an appointment in the following situations:
- You don’t have a DigiD.

- You want to make an appointment for someone aged under 18.
- You cannot get to the vaccination centre due to a serious illness or disability. By this, we mean that you are unable to leave your house, even with help from other people.
