Are you making an appointment online? Then you need a DigiD.

Do you not have a DigiD? Then there are still two ways you can make an appointment:

• Apply for a DigiD at DigiD.nl. You will receive the DigiD by post after about 3 working days.
• Call the GGD’s general coronavirus phone number and make an appointment by phone.
