Can the coronavirus vaccination be put on my Yellow Card?

Yes. Some GGDs will also put your coronavirus vaccination on your Yellow Card (ICVP) for you. These GGDs can also note put old coronavirus vaccinations on your Yellow Card. They only do this if the GGD gave you your vaccination. 

Please note: Not all GGDs do this. But you can always ask the GGD that gave you your vaccination for a proof of vaccination. You can keep the proof of vaccination in your Yellow Card yourself.
