Are there medical reasons not to get the coronavirus vaccination?

Sometimes it is better for your health not to get a coronavirus vaccination, or not right now. For example, if you have a fever on the day of the vaccination. Or if you need to have surgery under anaesthetic. Or if you had a serious side effect after a coronavirus vaccination before. Are you not sure if it is wise to get the coronavirus vaccination now?
