Fill in your postcode and log in at one of the GGDs with your DigiD. Do you not have a DigiD? Check the appointment confirmation. Or call for information about your appointment.

Have you received or made an appointment for a coronavirus vaccination at the GGD? And do you want to cancel it? Or would you like to come at another time or to a different location? Change your appointment using the button below.

Fill in your postcode and log in at one of the GGDs with your DigiD. Do you not have a DigiD? Then you can call to move or cancel your appointment. 

Do you want to make an appointment for a coronavirus vaccination? You can do this by clicking the button below ‘Make an appointment’.

Do you want to come to the appointment together with someone else? This is possible if that person is also allowed to get the coronavirus vaccination.

Do you want to come together, but you already have an appointment?

  • First cancel your appointment.  
  • Then make a new appointment for two people.  
  • Does the other person already have an appointment? Cancel that appointment too. That way, someone else can use that place.

You can also do this: 

  • Let the other person make an appointment on the same day and at the same location.  
  • You can then also come together at one of the two times. 

Fill in your postcode and log in at one of the GGDs with your DigiD. Do you not have a DigiD? Then you can call to cancel your appointment and make a new one. 

  • Have you both received a letter with an appointment at the same time? Then you both need to change your appointment. Do you want to come to the GGD together? Make sure to make new appointments for the same day and location. If this does not work, then you can also come together at one of the two appointment times.
  • Have you made an appointment for two people for the coronavirus vaccination at the GGD? And do you want to cancel this appointment? Or would you like to come together at another time or location? You can change or cancel your appointment for both people here.

Fill in your postcode and log in at one of the GGDs with your DigiD. Do you not have a DigiD? Then you can call to move or cancel your appointment.

  • Click on ‘Make appointment’.
  • Choose that you want to come with two people.
  • Only fill in your own details.

The second person will not get a confirmation and will not see the appointment online.
The GGD will register the second person when you both come for the vaccination.
